though I am not enthusiastic about the 3% added charge for the use of credit cards. (credit cards enable businesses to increase their customer base and as such are beneficial to the business by providing services to customers who may otherwise go elsewhere.)

g throughly and do not try to upscale you. Reasonable price, and prompt service. Although I did not have a appointment, they were able to replace my battery in 30 minutes. I would suggest making an appointment.
