We had a leak in our tire. They were booked up, but put air in. We had to return to leave our car, be
cause we couldn’t make it back o our cabin. They had a last minute cancel and worked us right in. The service was friendly and they went the extra mile to help. The office and restroom was very clean and we felt comfortable. I told everyone about our experience and highly recommended them.

I enjoy the transparency of Willy Herald Automotive’s service department. I never feel I am being sol
d unnecessary repairs and am always satisfied with the necessary work that is done. The atmosphere is friendly and comfortable. My only mild criticism is that they sometimes have issues with tech reliability (absences) which can delay completion of work occasionally. I’m not sure how they can completely control this, however.

ve me great service. I was unlucky enough to have a rat chew through my fuel injector wire a few days later. I was not charged an additional diagnostic fee since my car was just brought in. Things like this are reasons why you know this is a place that will have your best interest in mind, which can be hard to find. Nothing but great service!!
