I called Aaron on short notice and he listened to what was going on with my mother-in-law‘s car a Kia
soul I explained that the car is an essential piece of transportation, out-of-town family members trying to fly in to see my mother-in-law. Who’s in the hospital.
Of course, these kinds of things only happen on holiday weekends and he was able to look at the car and make the necessary repairs Friday of Memorial Day weekend.
He told us exactly what was wrong. How to maintain it and keep an eye out for any future issues.
It’s hard to find this kind of customer service in most businesses. All I can say is this is the second time we’ve been to Ollie’s and both times with two different cars service has been fantastic. The repair work has been excellent.

I had four new tires put on this morning, a brand I have never used before, (Iron Man AT). I was very
impressed once again with the service that was both friendly and fast! I want to thank the young lady I dealt with on Wednesday who brought these tires to my attention. I have a 2500 HD and tires are very expensive. Not many choices in the affordable end, however she introduced me to this brand and so far I’m pleased with them! Thanks Mooody! Keep up the great work!
