I've bought several sets of tires here before and came in with a punctured tire to ask if they could
fix it. They were really booked up, but made time to take care of it for me. Even asked if I wanted them to wash the car (I declined because I'd already taken up too much of their time). They're the best - wouldn't go anywhere else.

Luckily, we found auto pros by another person who recommended them. We were having trouble getting in
to the dealership or other places around town and we’re lucky enough to get in quickly with auto pros. The vehicle we’ve been having serviced is a little older. But Tony and his team from the front desk to all the people who work there have been amazing. Tony himself has told us that given that it’s an older car some of the work we’re doing may cause other things to backfire and I expected that. Well, behold it did and had some other issues where we had to be towed, but Tony was right there with us checking the car to see what it was to make sure that he had a plan to get us in and out quickly, even called the tow truck that our insurance company covered and got us towed and gave us a ride back to our home while he took care of the car. Top notch service on installation of a new alternator. Then as expected, other issues have occurred given it an older car having nothing to do with the service we received at auto pro. One phone call and I was told to bring the car in and have it checked right away and who shows up but Tony the owner and takes his time over an hour of his time as he was busy as could be to make sure he could get in and see exactly what was wrong and causing the problem with the car. Given how busy car dealerships and car repair shops around these towns are I was shocked that immediately he quoted a price stuck to that price and had me in within a week to take care of the problems. I knew in my heart that this couldn’t be the end of the issues given what was going on with the car and knew that if anything it went wrong, I could contact them immediately and it did. But again, no fault to Tony and the gang at auto pro. They immediately said bring the car in first thing Monday as it was closing on Friday and I will know they did try and ask if I needed a tow or if I needed help in the current situation I was in but it was a situation where I could get the car home and just be careful until they had a chance to look at it. Again, immediate service and a complete check of the car within 48 hours which is just crazy given the fact that others are telling you three weeks a month or I have no time at all. Luckily we were recommended to go to Tony at auto pro and the entire team has been nothing but professional and frankly the only people I would trust now with my car. The obvious knowledge and dedication to take care in their cut of their customers is visible and appreciated. They work as a team and you can see it. It’s like a family even though there are a bunch of people just working a job. From the smiling, friendly and knowledgeable receptionist at the front desk to everybody at the business I would give a rating of 20 out of 10 we appreciate everything they have done for us and how they work with us one on one not just as a number that’s kind of unheard of around here you get a number and you wait with them. It’s more of OK I know who you are. I know what you need and by the way without trying to upsell you I noticed that you need to possibly have this or that done. In a good way, I thought given this winter being so cold at times and not too much snow that that was the reason I was having problem with low rise tires I kept putting air in just thinking well it’s the weather. I’ve noticed others at the stations, getting air on low rise tires too, and never thought I may have an issue. After stopping in for another reason, Tony himself showed up and inspected my car and let me know exactly what was going on. Set up a time to get it fixed and then without hitting me with the sales pitch, he let me know he had noticed that chords were showing on two tires, and it was up to me whether or not I wanted to get them fixed, but just to let him know, and he would have them done as quickly as possible. On that visit the receptionist who knows what she’s doing ordered tires gave me a time gave me a price, and I must admit quite cheaper than I would’ve expected for low rise tires given the dealer had charged me so much more the last time I put them on. All I have to do is drop the car off come back and feel safe about the work they’ve done and not worry about the future. The work they’ve done and plan to do will make my car last a lot longer than I ever should’ve given. It’s coming up on 200,000 miles and some of those miles were hard driven miles on freeways in California. Thank you Tony for all that you’ve done and thank you to the team from the front desk to the back to even the people next-door even nothing but polite, helpful, and transportation as needed given we have one car here in Michigan at the time I highly recommend if you can get an appointment with Tony and the team at auto pro that you give them your business they are professional and know what they’re doing
I know I won’t go back to a dealership or any other place and hope that they stay in business for a long time because they’re going to be our go to place from now on. You can also trust them to let you know honestly what’s going on and if somebody else can help you better than them now that’s a true businessman, trying to take care of his community.

After today's experience with AutoMed, from minor repairs to tires to whatever may be needed, they wi
ll be my first call. I was on the way home from the dog groomers, and a guy had pulled up beside me at the light to tell me that there was something on my front right tire--I pulled into a parking lot to check and saw what appeared to be a liner lying on top of the tire. Since I recently moved to Goldsboro, I called my daughter to ask where to go--she told me about AutoMed. When I pulled into AutoMed, I could see they were busy, so I went in prepared to be turned away or told to wait. They immediately pulled one of the mechanics to fix the problem and I was on my way home within 15 minutes.
