There was a waiting area as I di
d not have a drop off option.
The process from checking in to paying was organized.
The technician was polite, covered my seat just in case he had grease somewhere (he very neat and clean) and reset my guages.

After today's experience with AutoMed, from minor repairs to tires to whatever may be needed, they wi
ll be my first call. I was on the way home from the dog groomers, and a guy had pulled up beside me at the light to tell me that there was something on my front right tire--I pulled into a parking lot to check and saw what appeared to be a liner lying on top of the tire. Since I recently moved to Goldsboro, I called my daughter to ask where to go--she told me about AutoMed. When I pulled into AutoMed, I could see they were busy, so I went in prepared to be turned away or told to wait. They immediately pulled one of the mechanics to fix the problem and I was on my way home within 15 minutes.
