Scheduled oil change & Additional Unscheduled Work Accommodated
Was at Book Racing for a scheduled oil change. I knew I was close to purchasing a set of new tires, & 1 of the tires was determined to be unsafe. Book Racing was able to get the tires & replace them that same day. They also were able to remove & replace the control arms (which were at the end of their life) at the same time. This not only provided immediate peace of mind while driving but saved me an additional visit, not to mention I had the use of my car with minimum down time. Thank you, Book Racing!

Great Service!!!
I would recommend this place to anyone. I’ve been going to the dealership for years. But after going here I will not be going back to the dealership. They are much faster, cheaper, and more personal. Than the dealership.

The way things should be done
This is the way things should be done. Brought my truck in with the check engine light on. They hooked it up to the computer, and found the problem. They told me what was wrong, what it would take to fix it. And what it would cost, and when it would be done. Everything was just like they told me. Isn’t that the way things should be done? Very happy with the outcome.

Great customer service
This was the second time bringing my car into this shop, my concerns were similar to the first time bringing my car in and I was nervous to have to pay for the same issue twice in a short span of time, but Roberto worked diligently, checking into all of the possibilities and giving me honest feedback. I was assured when hearing about the warranty that covered the previous work done. Ultimately, it was not the same issue that was corrected previously, but I am still greatful for all of the time that Roberto spent on my car and talking to me about my options and his recommendations. Would definitely recommend this shop to others needing work done on their car
