The place really needs to be cleaned. There is cob webs and dust, the trash in the bathroom needs to
be emptied. It would be easier to come if there was a TV for my kids. I would say recommend this business because of Tom and the mechanic but on the other hand...please clean the place, it is gross

Vehicle - Chevrolet Blazer Date 07/19/2016. Great service again! I don't drive hard, but it had br
oken motor mounts and suspension trouble. They took the time and care to do the job right and came in under bid! I use my vehicle for business and depend upon it daily. Alltech is the best shop in Clovis - I recommend them highly, and Nathan and Jeremy always take the time to make sure that the customer is informed of all aspects of a repair job and offer alternative repairs - if there are any. Thank you Alltech!

… my most recent visit to West went absolute swimmingly. The previous evening, I pulled into my drive
way late in the evening when my neighbor informed me my driver’s side brake light was kaput. Left to my own devices, I didn’t want to drive ANYWHERE the next day. But I knew I’d hafta grin and bear it, and take it to West for repair/replace. I called early in the day to give the shop the most flexibility in scheduling me, and was rewarded with, “Bring it on in; now is fine.” Yippie!
I was back at home with a repaired brake light EASILY by the time my aforementioned neighbor was done golfing. Today I thanked him for saving me from getting rear-ended, ticketed, or worse. He said, “Yeah, West opens up by 08:00 of a morning. Good for you!” I’m not sure how he knew that, since his cars are usually so new they’re still under warranty…. Another day, another mystery to solve. Good on my neighbor! And good on West! Life is good. 😎😎😎

I was at the beginning of a 12-hour drive, with a flight to catch at the end, when my alternator and
battery went out. It was early morning, and when I called Joel, he got me in quickly so I could get back on my way to Colorado. He was kind, professional, and HONEST! As a woman traveling alone, it’s good to know that I’m getting honest treatment and a good deal. If I lived in Montclair, Joel’s automotive would be my first choice. I can’t say enough good things about this establishment!

Always feel confident taking my trucks or car to local heroes. They stand behind their work (when wat
er pump failed 2 years later they replaced it and didn’t bat bat an eye.) My suspension work they figured out fast, and figured the issues, and the prices were very reasonable and fair.

I brought my vehicle in for an inspection to see where strange noise was coming from under dash. The
noise stopped prior to arriving at AA, and remained dormant throughout. After inspecting my vehicle, and unable to detect or replicate the noise, AA charged only for man-hours and nothing more. Thank you AA for being an honest and trustworthy business.
