The good folks at The Car Doctor just saved me from a real inconvenience. Late on a Friday my truck s
tarted flashing warning lights on the dash and went into “limp mode”. I called them just before they closed and they set me up for a first thing Monday appointment.
Starting at 8:00 AM they had the problem isolated and remedied by 10:00. Friendly, competent and very communicative throughout.

mechanics are patient and explain everything in detail. The office managers are organized and very friendly. My kids even take their cars there and the owner is very professional and when it comes to diagnostics, he's the best!

My daughter and I were traveling through Lake Tahoe when our rental van overheated. We were on a tigh
t schedule and we're told it would be at least five days until anyone in Lake Tahoe could get the van in. Matt Jenkins at Christensen Auto was clearly incredibly busy. As well he had a full fleet of cars in the lot to hold for repair. In spite of this, he was very gracious, patient and helpful to us. Not only did he assess the repair or van needed, he called several different auto shops around the area to help us get into a place for repair as soon as we could. He wrote down an entire list of auto shops as well. And finally he took me through step-by-step how to get down the mountain safely, and even offered me some alternative vacation spots once we were back on the road.
I wish we had an autoshop like this where i live!@@
