Good morning, I have only one minor suggestion. Can you inform your young employees that when they s
et the parking hand brake to their extreme strength, it is near impossible for an old lady to pull the hand brake one click beyond to release the brake. Every time I go there for an oil change I suffer in the parking lot for quite a while trying to release the brake. Even with two hands I struggle. If the manager could educate the younger staff members about this, I'm sure it would help your older customers. Thanks.

Alltech is the best shop in Clovis - I recommend them highly, and Nathan and Jeremy always take the time to make sure that the customer is informed of all aspects of a repair job and offer alternative repairs - if there are any.
