I can always count on West Broad VW to treat me well personally and for my car to be fixed correctly. The service reps - particularly Stuart, Jeana and Stanley - are always friendsly, take time to understand the issues I'm having with the car, and keep me informed of what's going on while its in the shop. Shereen has an amazing gift for letting you know that you and your business are genuinely valued.
I've been satisfied most every time I leave the service center, and any time where that hasn't been the case, they've always been quick to make it right. If I could offer up one suggestion, I think it'd go a long way if they would do a complimentary rinse-off of the outside of the cars prior to returning them; it's a nice feeling to drive off in a clean(er) car, and I wouldn't think it'd take too much extra time.
