Had problem starting my car I called customer service and I was told they couldn’t get me in and they have noaners till April 23rd
So I had a problem with my Kona when I have to go to work and the car won’t start after four tries it finally started went to work and I immediately called Mazda Wayne service center and I was on the phone with customer service. I know the girl was doing her job, but she kept telling me that they couldn’t get me in sooner to check my car out or they would have to squeeze me in. I asked for a loaner she said loaners are not available till April 23. Obviously I got very upset. I needed the matter to be done as soon as possible. I was very upset and was waiting to get a phone call from customer service to tell me if they can squeeze me in and I thought about this wonderful man his name is chuck. I explained to him what happened he says to me I will call you in 10 minutes. I got a call from him less than 10 minutes. He says to me, bring your car in right away and I got a loaner. I couldn’t believe it. This guy is amazing. He’s very nice. He’s the one that helped me finance my car. He’s the one that helped me when a light came on and I went back to Hyundai and he fixed it for me. He’s a wonderful guy. I recommend that if you ever go to Hyundai definitely you gotta go see Chuck. I also would like to thank Nick the manager that was there that day and he worked with Chuck in order for me to get my car in and get a loaner and I also would like to thank Danny. He was very helpful. I recommend to anyone to please go to Hyundai they’re fast the reliable and they’ll find a way to help you but also don’t forget Chuck and Nick and Daniel. I want to thank all of them for being very helpful to my needs thank you everyone
