When i first bought that car was told that the scratch on the car would be fix to loo like new instead they just colored it in with the same color as my car not happy with that. Then I asked them to look at my valve Stems because they looked rusted so they replaced my valve stem caps with the cheap plastic caps and threw away my metal ones. Then Bought my car for its first oil change and was told that all 4 of my tires were wearing unevenly so they would need replaced I told the lady that I had just made my first car payment and that VOSS Should of caught that in the so many point inspection they do on the used preowned then this other guy came out and all of a sudden my tires were perfectly fine. Went else were to get them looked at and they said the same thing sounds like to me they just didn't do there job by inspection it. The tires need replaced and they didn't want to do. I WILL NEVER BUY A CAR HERE AGAIN !
