Bought a 2025 Tucson
I am a Veteran during the Vietam ara .I Bought a 2025 Tucson Had it about 4-5 months and Transmission started acting up , took it to Voss Hyundai and they stated they put a update soft ware , when I picked it up it still would;nt down shift right..so after a few calls they gave me a loner A 2025 Tucson same SUV I Have ,and I had to go in the Hospital for a heart cath and while I was in the Hospital I recieved a call stating they want their loner car back and said when are you bring it back I said as soon as I see the doctor we will talk about it and that wasnt good enough, so they called my wife and had her stay home and brought my car back which is 38 miles away ,when I got home I drove it and it will not right and Yes they left my car on empty ,I also Talked to Creg Voss as well No Help, They all knew I had to go back in the Hospital in four days for Open Heart surgery { double by pass} and I stressed out that I am going through Health issues and they still gave me a hard time ..the service manager was very nasty to me as well , Help a veteran out ...
