I cannot say enough my many thanks and gratitude for the peace of mind service I received at Toyota of York. My Service Advisor Cesar Espinoza and Tech Mechanic Omar Zepada are the best!! Cesar understands my needs to be updated while services are being done. Treats me with respect, relays detailed information, and never talks down to me. He is a model for Toyota's professional requirements as an advisor and takes his job seriously. No surprises here regarding service price or any repairs needed. What I love the most are the before and after repair pictures. As for Tech Mechanic Omar, he is my car's life line and safety guide. After personally speaking to Omar about prior services he puts my mind at ease. His pride for his work, along with making sure all repairs are completed, and by Toyota's standards of excellence. Any concerns or questions I may have about services, he quickly answers at my level of understanding. Treats me as and equal. I request Caesar and Omar for every service appointment. My Rav 4's performance means everything to me, as well as my life behind the wheel. After all these year's, Toyota is like my family. I certainly hope Cesar and Omar are given the recognition they deserve, by their Employer and the CEO of Toyota's Company. Cesar and Omar are the backbone of this company, as so many of Toyota's employees. So I hope as a customer, they be given the honors they work so hard for each and every customer. Sincerely,
