Poor Customer Service
We were working with Jayden Miller and Mary Koller to purchase a used car for our college bound son. After doing a test drive and planning the work we'd have done on the car, manager, Jessie Dougherty sold it right from under us without any consideration that we had traveled from Delaware to York, PA to purchase the vehicle from him. We received no explanation.
