Had to beg for a cap would have preferred a tank of gas
Kathy was more helpful than anyone. Great attitude and personality. Never bought a car and not been given at least a tank of gas. Kept picking at everyone until they gave me a Ford cap. Bought a Lincoln nautilus and have been very satisfied so far.

Very happy with my purchase
The dealership had a good selection of cars to choose from and was very willing to help with a deal. Kathy was super helpful as we chose to buy a nautilus because we loved the simplicity of the console. She shared she had bought one like it earlier and gave us some insight into how things worked. Also liked the color of the interior.

My service reminder light on my car was not reset back to 0 and reads over due every time I turn the car on, I will figure out how to reset it , other than that it’s all good

My experience during my wait for an oil change was a pleasant experience. Accommodated my available time for the appointment. Checkin was quick. The waiting area was comfortable.

Oil change
I had a previous oil change an the price was completely different than the last. I had told them synthetic oil wasn’t used. You don’t have $20 difference in between oil prices unless it was not synthetic oil and regular oil.
