Car repair
They are spot on with taking care of my car. It continues to be road worthy for the age. I’m grateful for the kindness and patience they have given me and continue to do so. I tell all my friends but they either go to dealership or fix themselves.

Mac Auto was great
Customer service was excellent. The Mechanic Tim, listened to my concerns an after checking out my problems, he took time to explain what I needed fixed. I will definitely be using Mac Auto for my repairs in the future.

Only one outside the dealership who wasn’t afraid to look at my vehicle
Called around and every service location, including local dealerships were all afraid of my vehicle. Kept hearing that I would have to take in to Charleston, until this shop said they would look to see what the issue was. Two days later, it was fixed and doing fine! In the past dealerships may have been to go to for trusted repairs, but the quality has severely gone down. I’ve had to take my vehicles in repeatedly, even back-to-back bc dealerships couldn’t diagnose, nor repair their own brands. Charleston being the absolute worse I’ve ever seen. Very incompetent and in better words, guessing at your expense. Glad to know there is a local shop that is actually knowledgable on engine systems.

Emergency
I was driving with my daughter my car started loosing power. I pulled into orielleys and the diagnosed the problem. Called Mac auto even on a Saturday they were very prompt and courteous. If you have an issue please go see this fine establishment.
