First off, I'd like to take the time out of my busy day to thank you for completing this review. It is true, we are short handed, as is every business is at this time. It is also true we are doing an outstaanding job with the number of employees we have. A third truth, is that myself, the Service Director, is working on numerous cars daily and assisting my team in an attempt to satisfy customer's expectations under the extreme weight of current societal conditions. It is not true that if your appointment is at 10:30 that your vehicle will be pulled in at 10:30. Automotive repair facilities, like medical facilities, make appointments based on the number of working hours in the day and the approximate amount of time each client's needs necessitate based on their concerns. It's unfortunate that your visit to our expert repair facility took longer than your expectations. It is fourtunate, that you were given a concession on the cost of the disposal fee for tires, as this is a standard charge at all facilities due to the cost the state imposes on each facility to dispose of them in a ecological and responsible manner. It is also fortunate that a second service employee was taken off of another customer's vehicle and put on yours to complete the tasks required to assist in getting you on your way at the ealiest completion time possible. We are changing our policy on appointments based on your feedback. Going forward, all appointments will be made "for the day", meaning your appointment time will be the time you drop your vehicle off and it will be completed by the end of the day for you to pick up. We understand that your time is valuable, as is every one of our customer's, and we make it a priorty to complete all maintenance and repairs as quickly as possible with full competency. But just as you wouldn't want your heart surgeon to rush through surgery so he could get to his tee time, you wouldn't want your vehicle doctor to do the same. We are pleased that your vehicle's repairs were performed in the amount of time, 2hrs, as promised. Good day Sir
