Terrible experience with purchase, service, maintenance and repairs.
I would not give any stars if able. I traded in my new 2020 Santa Fe for a new 2022 Santa Fe at Team Hyundai of Bend. That was the first mistake. I purchased 2020 Santa Fe from Dick Hannah Hyundai in Gresham, OR and it was a great experience. 9 months ago the vehicle failed to accelerate when driving, failed to shift, and engine sputtered like it was going to stall. I brought it into Team Hyundai of Bend initially without any help. Recently the car failed to accelerate while drying and I immediately pulled over and had the vehicle towed to Team Hyundai of Bend. The vehicle is under warranty and there is a transmission recall on the year and model. Team Hyundai of Bend has been unwilling and unable to determine the problem with the vehicle. They have not responded to my request to consider the transmission recall despite me explaining to them the vehicle was doing exactly what the recall stated. I also purchased a maintenance package for 5,000.00 and they have refused to provide any maintenance to the vehicle. Now I am grateful that I paid for the maintenance rather than go without from them because I do not trust their abilities. I have discussed the problem with several family, friends, and acquaintances and all of them are shocked and surprised at Team Hyundai of Bend”s unwillingness to work with me to service or repair the vehicle after purchasing from them. Several people I spoke with suggested I speak with Damon, the service manager, but he is the person unwilling to provide service or repair. I am extremely grateful the problem did not result in a fatal accident. As a single parent I depend solely on my one vehicle purchase and financed, but don’t have. I purchased this vehicle from Team Hyundai of Bend because of their advertised warranty, safety features, service and repair promise. These is an absolutely shameful treatment of customers who pay more there than going to Portland for better deals and service. I can’t imagine they have any satisfied customers.

Fraudulent and Shady sales tactics, predatory.
The owner of this company himself claims my honest reviews will hurt his small business. He owns 9 car dealerships in 3 separate states. Clearly he used to be a car salesman himself. Yet, they wanted me to remove the reviews for the "discount" they gave me. If these are the values you want from the person selling you what might be the largest purchase of your life, then so be it.
But you will regret it, like myself.

Very poor
They refused to fix the windshield of a car for which I bought. It's a fair ground so they didn't take a big car sounds.

They sold a none safe car
I have reached out to the many times to the general manager and everybody else about a vehicle at the fairgrounds the next day. I discovered Derek a crease in the top of the windshield. They refused to fix it. I am contacted to attorneys and the Better Business Bureau. I'm going for a lawsuit against the general manager.

They were flexible letting me drop my car off early. They send video of my vehicle during servicing, with recommendations. Have always been friendly.

Quick results
One small item overlooked in our last service. Easy mistake to make. Hyundai immediately responded to my review. I am confident that they will not overlook anything the next time. These guys are great. Friendly and responsive to any concerns.

A bit rushed
There was a bit of difficulty getting my vehicle in for regular service in the time frame we needed. The service was great. The people are great. I think that because they were working me in, they forgot to fill all the fluids.

First off, I'd like to take the time out of my busy day to thank you for completing this review. It is true, we are short handed, as is every business is at this time. It is also true we are doing an outstaanding job with the number of employees we have. A third truth, is that myself, the Service Director, is working on numerous cars daily and assisting my team in an attempt to satisfy customer's expectations under the extreme weight of current societal conditions. It is not true that if your appointment is at 10:30 that your vehicle will be pulled in at 10:30. Automotive repair facilities, like medical facilities, make appointments based on the number of working hours in the day and the approximate amount of time each client's needs necessitate based on their concerns. It's unfortunate that your visit to our expert repair facility took longer than your expectations. It is fourtunate, that you were given a concession on the cost of the disposal fee for tires, as this is a standard charge at all facilities due to the cost the state imposes on each facility to dispose of them in a ecological and responsible manner. It is also fortunate that a second service employee was taken off of another customer's vehicle and put on yours to complete the tasks required to assist in getting you on your way at the ealiest completion time possible. We are changing our policy on appointments based on your feedback. Going forward, all appointments will be made "for the day", meaning your appointment time will be the time you drop your vehicle off and it will be completed by the end of the day for you to pick up. We understand that your time is valuable, as is every one of our customer's, and we make it a priorty to complete all maintenance and repairs as quickly as possible with full competency. But just as you wouldn't want your heart surgeon to rush through surgery so he could get to his tee time, you wouldn't want your vehicle doctor to do the same. We are pleased that your vehicle's repairs were performed in the amount of time, 2hrs, as promised. Good day Sir

Tim didn't beat around the bush and said exactly what the options were and went from there with Great Customer Service!!!
Tim went above and beyond with his Customer Service when I had to call in some favors to make things happen!!!!
I will defiantly be coming back there for my own future SUV shopping!!!

Excellent and very smooth purchase.
