Amazing service and top notch communication
Dropped my 04 Sequoia off with a complex electrical problem. Jonathan jumped all over it trying to determine root cause, provided daily updates and transparency and solved in 3 days. Very impressed with this shop.

Friendly and Fast
My heater was broken in my car and they were able to find the issue quickly and fix it. It wasn’t the issue they originally thought it was, so I really appreciate the time to verify that before replacing things (expensive things) that don’t need to be replaced. Thanks for making my winter much less miserable!

Fast but Thorough
Truck wouldn’t start on a Saturday and couldn’t get service from the dealer for almost two weeks. Bend Auto Care got me in and repaired on Monday. Kept me updated on diagnosis and progress and let me know what to do if it ever happened again. Very thankful for the fast turn around
