Gaston said he felt like he did not get all the information about his vehicle. He got an estimate for the work the vehicle needed but did not get an explanation on the type of work needed or why. It would have been nice if he had been given options or alternatives.
Spoke with Ellen. She said the business saw her stuck on the side of the road and helped her with her vehicle. She wanted to thank them for helping her.
