Spoke with Linda. She said this facility is a preferred provider with the insurance carrier and has done repairs for them before. The technicians are excellent to work with and kept them updated on the progress of the repairs. The vehicle looked better than imagined and was even detailed on the inside including conditioning the leather. They went above and beyond with the customer service.

Charles said the customer service was outstanding. He said the staff was courteous and prompt to respond. He took the vehicle because the vehicle made a little noise and the trunk was a little dirty and they took care of the issue in 2 hours.
