My 2017 Hyundai Sonata service
I brought my car for service four time for them to fixed it I spent over $6000, and problem was not resolved. They recommend replacing my transmission, but I decided to buy a 2023 Hybrid Sonata.

Excellent experience with Service Dept
I have serviced my Sonata for regular maintanance four times and have received great service every time. Robert has been my service rep three of the four times and he's been excellent.

3 hours later!
I made an appointment to get a safety item installed and was told it would be 1-1/2 hours to complete according to the service rep on the phone so I decided to wait when I went in. 3 hours later and I finally left after checking with the service rep twice on the status. There were several employees in the building and not one checked on me or anyone waiting to see if someone checked on our status of our vehicle. I finally was approached by a lady, but that was because by the 3rd hour I was already furious to see that my car was sitting in the parking lot and no one said anything. I don't know how long it was sitting there. That service center really needs better customer service and better communication with their customers. My paperwork was sitting on the counter and no one checked on it. Staff, go back to class and learn about customer service please!

False pricing.
The cars on the lot are marked way higher than the online price. Oliva is a good salesman but the management is very poor. They go by the highly marked up prices and they will not mention the final sale price unless you spot it yourself. This dealer is very deceiving and I was lucky to catch their hidden prices and walk out of there. I did my research after that and found some dealers who don't mark up their prices. Found a much better deal at hyundai Chico California. Saved myself 11k on the same make and model. Please don't buy from this dealership and support the dealers who don't mark up their prices.

Run to a different dealership
1st the person that cleaned my NEW car used a rag with gas to clean the inside and made the car smell horrible until I cleaned it all my self. 2nd I guess the dealership bought the car as a loaner before me, and made me meet them to sign new paperwork to buy the car after having it for a week, and then promised a later payment date but that wasn’t true. Also the car had a nick in the paint and a dent in the headlight that we could see when we bought it at night that they fail to take responsibility for. Not to mention the broken apilar arm that we are at the dealership for for the 3 time because even though I asked specifically if they used a new part last time and they said they did now the new part is magically here! Buying from this dealership has been a night mare fr day 1 here’s to hoping that I actually have three years of free oil changes and they didn’t lie to me about that to. Which was supposed to come with the purchase of the car. I hope I never have to come back here again! If the apilar ends up falling out again I’m going to call bars and just have them take the car to a dealership that actually cares about their customers.

Service Department is lackluster
Went in on 3/12/22 for my 2nd oil change service. My 20 Tucson is covered under Hyundai Complementary Maintenance for 3y/36k. Proceeded to tell me that I didn't need service since I have 94xx on my odo. Then tried to up sale fuel injector cleaner service for like $225. I declined extra service. Printed on my copy says oil change/oil filter, top off fluids, tire rotation and multi point inspection. I pulled the dip stick and oil did not look fresh, both air filter and cabin filter was not touched, tires may or may not be rotated and coolant over flow tank was below min but wasn't topped off. They dropped something on the hood and tried to polish it with a cloth like the nicks was going to somehow polish off. How I know? Vehicle was covered in pollen when arrived and the polished area was wiped clean and the rest of the hood still covered in pollen.

Service was bad. Sales was good.
This experience is based off of my last and final service on my 2020 Hyundai Tucson at Stockton Hyundai. Unfortunately, I have to keep my score the same. They tried to offer me to come back to fix the mistakes and even detail my car that they left nicks and dings on the hood but it’s too late. I traded my vehicle in because I do not want to deal with anything Hyundai related let alone servicing my vehicle at Stockton Hyundai. Had they do the job they promise the first time, I wouldn’t be here asked to update my review. My review stands at 1 star.

Good mornign Timothy , My name is Peter with stockton hyundai , i am the service director for the dealership. We do applogize for the recent experince here at your delae4rship .Kandi has reach out trying to resolve the sissues that transpired here at the dealership . I Know that you told her that yo would be coming in this saturdayfor a misfire issue that happems when the engine is closed and you were waiitng on that experince to fill out the follow up survey . I tottally understand why you do that but unforantly HYundai does not allow for that ,they have resnet a surevy out they grade the dealership on how quick we responed and how we have handled the situation . In other words how long it took us to reslove the issue they want us to fix the issues within 3 days and on the seventh day they will send out the surevy for you to re socre us on our response it is imparitive that the surevy is tunred in today. Please let us know how we cna reslove any issues so that surevy can be rescored . We do appologize for the way service went. we have also triued to resolve the issue or come to a resolution within 12 hours of the surevy being filled out . Once again i have 24 hours to have the surevy turned in please let me know what i can do to make that happen .

Oil change service
The service advisor took care of my requested service and also advised me of a potential problem with a gasket and suggested I get it replaced. I did and was very satisfied with the entire service experience.
