Still a NO for me.
Keeps harassing me to update my rating. Still a 1 star since I can’t give them a 0. So bad of an experience that I traded my vehicle in and will now stay away from all Hyundai vehicles and Stockton Hyundai service department. If they did the job right the first time, there is no need for me to sit here getting calls from Kandi every few days and emails to update my review. No customer wants to waste time waiting for their vehicle to be serviced only to not be serviced like promised on top of empty promises they damaged my hood and proceeded to try to wipe it like the damage was going to buff off. Also please stop taking advantage of people by up sale service that’s not even needed when you can’t even complete a simple Hyundai recommended service. Oil was changed but oil was not fresh, cabin and air filter both dirty and never replaced, over flow coolant tank was below Min but never topped off, tire rotation…doubt it since my wheels have a aftermarket wheel locks on them and damaged my hood. Stay away from their service department.

Worst wait time and customer service
My cars been there since 10/25 and has not been serviced. I call and no reply I leave messages and no return call. Hyundai said they referred a case manager that has expedited my case. The manager was supposed to contact Stockton hyundai and get things moving. I picked up my keys and wanted to take it to another dealership but hyundai said it would put a expedited report on it. I still have my car keys so I know the service tech. Hasn't been able to get in it. I understand covid has affected many businesses but I have no transportation at all. My family is in Livermore and my little sister is 23 and has liver cancer. So it has been extremely difficult to be able to get back and forth to be with her. Her treatments are at ucsf and now that I have no car to take her so my mom is driving her back and forth by herself. We lost my brother at 24 to tcell lymphoma and I won't let that happen to her.
This amount of time is ridiculous for a car to be at a service station but I also understand covid has impacted everything.

Just say NO. Huge waste of your time. Ugly business tactics
Dirty Dealers. They lied to me about the price of a car, then lied to me about my credit rating so they could try and screw me with inflated interest. DO NOT BUY from these people. They are crooked.
