Eddie: We're sorry we didn't have a lot of time to hang out that day. You happened to stop in at one of those times when we had a rush of customers all at once. We were trying to give each customer equal attention and apologize if you felt like you needed more of our attention.

Michael said there was no repair just paint work. He had to call to get updates on his vehicle. He said he had no communication with the shop just his estimator. He mentioned that they could have done a better job on the paint work. They got paint splatter on his windows.

That includes cleaning the windows with a cleaner and 0000 steel wool to remove any contaminants such as overspray. Spoke with Tom. Tom said it ended up being about 4 days later to get his vehicle back due to not being able to get the paint right. There was a lack of communication when it comes to being informed during the repair process. When he was talking with this business, they kept putting him off.

Mr. Martin is correct in saying it took us a little longer than we first anticipated to complete his car. I'd like to clarify why this was true. Mr. Martin was made aware that their was a distinct possibility of delays to his repairs since his car body was made primarily of fiberglass. Mr. Martin was made aware in the beginning that we do not specialize in fiberglass repair/refinishing and that we can not offer any warranty on repaired and painted fiberglass parts. This was acknowledged on the repair authorization that he signed. Also, Mr. Martin changed the color from a light silver to Black. I also made Mr. Martin aware when he chose black that this was going to enhance every imperfection in the vehicle, which it did. When Mr. Martin saw the car for the first time after being painted, he did indeed see some areas that were not as easily visible under the lighter silver color. Because of this, and because Mr. Martin is a regular repeat customer, we went above and beyond the call of duty and we repaired the areas of concern and repainted the vehicle at no charge to the customer. Mr. Martin stopped by the shop almost daily to check the status of his vehicle, so he knew where the car was every step of the way. In the end, the vehicle looked beautiful and Mr. Martin was thrilled!

Al said he was satisfied with the quality of the repair, however, he has to bring the vehicle back to the business, because the paint is starting to bubble up, by the back driver side door handle. The vehicle belongs to his wife and she is planning on bringing it back 4/2/2011. He has been a repeat customer of the business for about 8 years and he has never had any issues with them.
