Joey said there were scratches and air bubbles in the paint and it was uneven. He stated that he wasn't informed at all, which also affected the communication. He added that he would not recommend this business for these reasons.

Given the rough condition of the vehicle the outcome was overall, very good. When Joey picked up the vehicle he expressed his satisfaction as well. As soon as I learned that there were concerns, we called and asked him to please bring the vehicle in so we could address it. He stated that it really wasn't a big deal and was not necessary for him to return.
The offer still stands as we stand behind ALL of our work. If there is ever an issue, we work diligently to resolve it with the least possible inconvenience to the customer.

Wendy said she was not satisfied at all with her overall service experience because she's taken her vehicle in multiple times for repairs to her vehicle, and everytime this business has not fixed it properly. She also mentioned that the paint job was tacky and because she owns a Lexus, she expected it to look better. Wendy also mentioned that the business' customer service and treatment towards their customers is bad because they told her the wrong time to pick up her vehicle and the associate said he couldn't help her. She would not reccomend this business to anyone because of these issues.

This is a case where we absolutely messed up. Were I in your shoes, I would not recommend us to others either. However, rest assured I am willing to do whatever is necessary to correct the mistakes that were made and ensure that it doesn't happen to anyone else.

Roger said he rated his overall experience a 2, because there were very noticeable scratches on the plastic bumper. It is on both sides of the bumper, about 1 inch in length. They scratched the bumper, and then painted over the bumper. Then it was also nicked on the bottom. He let the nick issue slide, because it would not be visible. Roger chose not to rate whether or not the repair service was completed on time, because he did not have any body work completed on his vehicle. He purchased after market parts, brought it the business to paint. He inspected the after market parts, before loading the parts on his vehicle when he purchased the parts. As a result of his purchase, they were in good condition. He was satisfied with the quality of the repair, except for the reasons above. The paint was 5 shades different. The paint across the hood was bubbled. There was dirt and hair fibers in the paint across the hood, too. He did not bring his vehicle back, because it was too late, and he lives in the country. The fender repair was in good shape. He wasn't kept adequately informed, because of the reasons above. He was satisfied with the shop's communication in the beginning. However he wasn't satisfied with the shop's communication, when he started talking about the impurities after the repair was completed. The representative wanted to ignore the situation, regarding the reasons above. Roger said the representative could have called, and spoke with him about the scratches and nick on the bumper, along with the paint issues. He would have asked the business to fix it, sand it down, and he would have been happy to pay the business to fix it right. He would not recommend the business for repairs, because of the reasons above. When he called the business for estimates, they had reasonable pricing.

We always use the manufacturer's color code and mix the paint accordingly. We have no way to verify if the shade of the color is off without having the vehicle to compare them to.
When a customer provides parts, we can not accept responsibility for the condition of those parts. Parts are often damaged during transposrt and must be thoroughly inspected upon receiving delivery of them. If you believe that we damaged your parts prior to painting them, please bring them by and I'll be glad examine them to see if that is a possibility. If so, we will do our best to rectify the situation.

Karin said she didn't have any repairs done and she only had her vehicle painted. She rated her overall experience a 4.5, because the paint is rough and bubbling up on the passenger side rocker panel. She was told that was just how the paint turned out, but her son works for GM and he said that the paint got too hot and didn't dry correctly. She is planning on coming into the business on Monday, 5/23/2011, to have them fix it for her. Her vehicle was ready 2 days past the time it was promised, because it was more labor intensive than they thought it would be, however, she didn't mind that it took longer and she was willing to wait for them to do their best. She mentioned that Brian, her estimator, was wonderful and very helpful. He gave her a verbal quote and the price she paid was the same as the quote he gave her. The business is more expensive than Maaco, but cheaper than 4 other businesses that she researched. She doesn't mind that they are expensive, because a person gets what they pay for. They did an outstanding job and she didn't recognize her vehicle when she came to pick it up. She has another vehicle that she wants to bring in to get painted.

Errol said he rated his overall experience a 2, because they did not perform the job to his satisfaction. When they went through the process for his repair service, he went through a walk around process with his vehicle. He explained what type of paint service he wanted completed on his vehicle. He showed the representative the dents he wanted fixed. As a result, they advised the repair service would cost $800, and he paid the amount requested for the work to be completed. Afterwards, he showed the paint representative what they missed. They over sprayed on the struts and the tires, and it was a no-no. As a result of this experience, he will not allow it to happen again. There is a 2-year warranty on the vehicle, but he will bring it back in 1.5 years to have the paint service completed again. The issue on the bumper is about the size of a nickel or about a half inch big. It appeared they brushed the area with a paintbrush. The representatives performed an excellent job with the spoiler and the window trim. Otherwise, it was a halfway job. He paid what the representative wanted, and he expected better quality workmanship. The representatives were able to complete the repair service on time, except the lady was still touching up and cleaning his vehicle. By the time, the representatives called, he already made arrangements to get a ride by a friend. The representative still had to properly install 1 door latch. He chose not to elaborate on the details whether or not he was completely satisfied with the way he was treated by the personnel. He insisted they did not mistreat him. He was satisfied with the painter, because he showed the painter what he missed. He would not recommend the business, because of the reasons above. He was going to bring his wife's vehicle in to be painted, but he changed his mind.

We take pride in delivering our product in a timely fashion. In order to do so, we set an appointed time aside for each customer to pick up their vehicle. If a customer shows up to get their vehicle unannounced, prior to the scheduled appointment time, we cannot guarantee that it will be ready for delivery. We value your time, therefore we stopped all other jobs and focused 100% of our attention on preparing your vehicle since you were there, ready to take delivery of the vehicle.
Some overspray inside the wheel wells & the undercarriage is unavoidable and under normal circumstances is cleaned up prior to delivery. Please feel free to bring the vehicle back when you can allow us more time to clean and detail these areas.
I can assure you, that all of our paint services are performed with the latest technology in spray equipment by properly trained professionals and would never use a brush. If you have a concern with the quality or thoroughness of a repair, please bring that to the attention of the manager assisting you at the time of delivery.
