Worst car experience ever. The service department tried to charge us $10,000 to fix two wires. After three weeks in the shop, they left off critical parts and didn’t even tell us they still had a major piece of the car. The error light it was brought there for came back on immediately.
We took it to Hyundai Kyle, and they fixed everything in one day—and told us about the missing skid plate, which we then had to track down at Southpoint.
Do yourself a favor: buy your car at Hyundai Kyle instead. This shop is negligent and dishonest.
