Daryl said it took a little longer to get things put together than they originally thought. It went from a couple of weeks deal to a 6 week deal. He would recommend them if the person is not in a hurry. He suggested they need to work on their parts department, that seems to be the problem.

Was shocked to see the large 3.5% Payment Service Fee for utilizing a debit card, which is the most common method of payment these days.

Long distance satisfied customer
Retired now but spent my career in an auto franchise new car dealership, service, parts and body shop. I heard about Cambridge so thought I’d try them out with my 2014 Range Rover Autobiograpy. I’ve never been disappointed with their honesty, integrity, professionalism and quality of work. I drive 1:30 one way to their business location in New Braunfels. Been using them for over three years now. Thankful to have such a dependable shop after being screwed over by the dealers in San Antonio and Austin both. These people run a legit shop! And pricing is very fair.

Josh said he asked the business to find out what was going on with a code on the vehicle and 8 days before he dropped it off, he asked them to do a smoke test, that is how to find the leak. When he picked up the vehicle, they did not do the test and he is not sure why they didn't.
