The dealership sold me a synthetic oil change, then proceeded to use semi-synthetic oil instead. This was not discovered until my Jeep collapsed. Despite this being a direct violation of the DTPA they refused to accept responsibility, saying "these things happen". I urge you to seek care elsewhere.
