Repairs are great but…
I wish the communication was better. I found myself calling for updates after not hearing what was going on for several days. Also, I had parts on back order and could never have an estimate on when I could get my car back.

Left car 7 short weeks later it was ready
Ben said damage estimate was made. Insurance would not pay $150 to reattach bumper, so car could be driven after damage estimate. So I would need to pay $150 to drive my car. Didn't understand website says that estimates are free

Patrick Maxwell was excellent. He was timely in keeping me informed of repair process/progress.
Absolutely terrible communication and follow up. Had to wait nearly 7 months in total for the work due to part shortages and when I picked up the vehicle it had quality issues with the paint. Could not give them a worse review.
Work was done sooner than expected. My car looks like new. Cannot tell there was ever a problem.

In searching for a place to have my car repaired. I was very happy I chose North Park Collision. Great attention to detail and exceptional customer service.
Timeframe given to repair my car helped me estimate my wait time. And I was always kept informed of the process. Highly recommend.
Car in repair shop for 60 days. Minor damage.
Communication poor at the start but improved the last few weeks. Car repairs were excellent.
My car was not released to me because USAA did not pay North Park Collision in a timely fashion. Even though the car was done it was not released for 3+ day until USSA paid the bill.
I was satisfied with the way the process was handled and quality of repair work. Mr. Zapata was very helpful throughout the process and communicated updates on status of repairs in a prompt manner.

Very Slow But Good Work
Much better communication with the customer would have been a big plus. After all, 6 months is a long time to not have your own car, even when you know parts may take a long time.
The whole process went very smoothly and was delivered ahead of the promised date. Any concerns were addressed immediately and the car looks great. Can't tell anything happened to it.
Great service advisor EXTREMELY SLOW service repair
I get supply chain challenges but my car was in shop for weeks on end and I was told 2 weeks initially. No car for seven weeks. Expectation management should have been more accurate so trips and other car needs could have been more economically planned.

Ask Mr Perez. After our meeting, he also made a copy of my notes. Nothing will change for me but hopefully it will change for others. I have also spoken to family and friends to avoid the collision center.
