Customer service specialists
As a full time traveler I need my vehicle. After having problems, I researched the best mechanics in San Antonio. My research was spot on. Not only was the problem found and resolved all in one day, but the customer service is 2nd to none. Prices are reasonable. But I would happily pay more for a quality service and I’m very satisfied with the work completed.

Ready to head north
Had Tieken get my truck ready for the trip north , had oil change ,and basically look everything over . Had a problem with the radiator, Dave got on it and installed a new one in a few hours . They took me to my RV while they replaced the old one . Then came and picked me up to get my truck. What a deal. Thank you guys.

Computer replacement
Teiken Auto Services usually does pretty good work but I'm not too crazy, about their long Waits!! They get your car and they park it in the area until they have an empty Bay and then they start looking around to see what you were complaining about unless you call them back, you'll never find out the status of what needs to be repaired. Secondly, they expect you to be getting your own way back to your residence or your job because if you have a funding issue or no way to somebody else to take you they always have an excuse of they can't take you to your home or they're too busy. And when the repair is finally starting they don't tell you when it's going to be fixed or they give you a estimate let's say in the next couple of hours and it turns out to be two days. Overall when it comes to especially when it comes to their breakdown on your receipt. They don't give you much of a breakdown as to what was changed, how much they charge per hour, and the total warranty it's available once they're done. Any event that you have an issue with the work they did. Also too, they don't do a good job at all of cleaning up after themselves or making sure that they put back the part that they removed and leave it dangling or missing from the engine itself. A good example, is a cover of electrical circuits is missing from my engine, and they're disconnecting of the car alarm horn and breaking it off from the mount was left on top, of the throttle body assembly behind that on top of the manifold. Not to mention the fact too, that they tied down another hose right next to the radiator, that was clearly pinched by the time down plastic tab, and pinch the radiator hose. This was taken to them and notify them but I haven't heard anything yet or as to what they're willing to do to look to see why they did that or what was the reason for this. And finally, you have to personally call at least every day to find out what's the status of the vehicle being repaired they will not call you, and tell you what's the status. Unless you do it yourself.

BEST SERVICE
My oil pressure light came on in my truck and I had to pull off the highway to the closest mechanic around. I came here and they got my truck processed and parts ordered and truck repaired the same day, right before close, helping me get back to my family and not getting stuck an hour from home. David & his son were genuine people & kindly helped out a stranger. Great service. Great experience.
