Get what you pay for!
Mark Mahoney has restored my faith in customer service with regards to Reliable Hyundai! Although we were not able to get a loaner this service trip and needed to take two cars to Springfield (a 1 ½ drive for us), Mark was great about doing what he could to assist. He was very sympathetic to our plight of having to make the 200 mile (RT) trek to Springfield for service. He assured me he would try to work with me in the future on a loaner if need be to alleviate the hardship.
Mark thoroughly discussed my cars issues and quickly informed me that there were also two recall repairs needed (I was not aware of either) and made sure all my issues and concerns were annotated and that we were both synced. When I came to get my car Mark again personally briefed me and made sure I understood everything that was done to my car and would require a wait for parts to come in, when they would arrive etc. He took me out to my car which had been washed, and was ready to roll. I have to say I had a great service experience and am fully satisfied.
So thank you Mark Mahoney for great customer service,
