Job done quick and accurate
Had my lower ball joints replaced. They replaced them, checked if an alignment was needed, and it didn’t need one. Ball joints looked like they were installed correctly and given a generous amount of grease. They even chose the ball joints with the grease fitting which allows me to grease them myself. Even though they were more expensive, in this case it was a good call. Pretty happy with every step. I would go back.

Quick service
I had a small mechanic shop that was monitoring my oil usage on my 2012 Acura MDX that engine is known for burning oil. He unfortunately took early retirement in between my oil changes and recommended the shop to me to keep on top of the oil issue.

I called them this morning and asked if they could get me in to look at it because I have had an oil light indicator come on, but then go right back off. I called them around 9:30 and they were able to get me in at one to do the oil change and check how much oil it had used.

I was almost exactly at the same burn rate as I was with the previous mechanic and they advised me to come in every 3000 miles to stay on top of it. They used the same oil blend the previous mechanic had used for viscosity. I had a very good experience with this company today and hope to continue to use them in the near future as I need to.

Honest and fair
I appreciate Joe and the mechanics. They weren't able to locate the part I need, but provided me with all of the information to search for it. An honest shop is hard to find, but this is one! 10 out of 10, would recommend!!

Front and back Breaks on car
They are very reasonable when it comes to cost. I trust their work. They get my car back to me in a timely manor. I wouldn’t take my car any where else.

Excellent Auto shop
Not many auto shops these days are honest and take good care of their customers. Son Rays is one of these shops. They took care of us on short notice and were honest about repairs and prices.

Best mechanics we’ve ever used. Been using them since 1998. Honest, never tries to “upsell” you into things you don’t need, but always provides warnings of upcoming issues.

Honest
Asked for pressure test on radiator, and it was good. Thought we might need breaks but 50% left. Appreciate honesty, and that why I keep coming back.
