We have had our car in the shop for 5 weeks to get the water pump replaced. Our car is under warranty. Several attempts to find out when we can get it back have been ignored. The service manager Glen Howe has been rude, angry with us just for wanting an update. I went to the shop because our calls were being ignored. Glen was angry before I even spoke! I asked if at least we could get a loaner. He very explosively yelled WE HAVE NO LOANERS!! Still without a car today. No hope in sight!! Will never buy another car from them!!
