Over this place

I’ve taken my vehicle there many times, every time they say the part hasn’t arrived on time. First couple times I was understanding about it, after 5 times in a row, it’s not a coincidence. It wouldn’t bug me if they would’ve just said they couldn’t get to it, but another customer had informed me that they were complaining about working on my vehicle. Not professional in my opinion. I’m done taking my business here

We hate to hear about your "experience"; but we don't have record of anyone with 5 unsuccessful visits. Either we can find parts for a vehicles or they are unavailable. It doesn't take 5 visits.

It's hard to respond with any type of answer to this when there is no point of reference as to what vehicle or customer you are speaking about. We wish we could help. Your feedback is noted, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention.

Absolutely incredible experience at Smiley’s Auto!

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome by the receptionist, Ashlynn, who was nothing short of AMAZING. She took her time walking me through different pricing options, helping me choose the best value without making me feel rushed or overwhelmed. Ashlynn was incredibly thorough and professional when it came to scheduling—she helped me pick a perfect date and time to get my tires put on, making sure everything would be done in a timely manner.

What really stood out was her ability to multitask like a pro. Even while being fully engaged with me, she never let the phone ring more than a couple of times before answering and assisting other customers. She juggled tasks effortlessly and with a calm, friendly demeanor the entire time.

The rest of the staff I encountered were just as friendly and helpful, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Smiley’s Auto has definitely earned my trust and repeat business—huge thanks to Ashlynn and the team for their outstanding service!

Oil change and flat fixed

I walked in at 8 and the earliest time they had available for an oil change was 1:00 so I came back and they got me in a few min early and changed my oil and fixed a flat tire I had. Very welcoming and nice people to do business with and good prices as well!

Quick, professional, competent. I was in a pinch and found a self tapping screw in my tire. Went to another reputable tire place in Altus and was told it would be a few hours, stopped at another quick stop place by McDonald’s and was told “we don’t touch Tesla’s” Drove to Smileys and was greeted with a smile. They were able to get the car in a patch the tire in mins and back on the road. Thank you
