Foundation Hyundai Service Department
I have been having problems with my 2017 Hyundai using oil. Apparently there is a problem with this type of engine. I took my car in for the final oil consumption test. I had it checked before I went in and it was a quart low. Glen Howe brought me a work order showing 1/2 quart low. I took the car back later in the afternoon after having the oil checked again. Glen stated he watched the technician check and add oil. I told him the oil had not been added because I took it to my oil change place and it was still a quart low not 1/2. He was yelling at me and refused to check the oil level again. He told me to get in my car and go home and went in his office and slammed the door. This car has used almost 6 quarts of oil in 3000 miles. I have had nothing but trouble trying to get this car serviced at this dealership. I bought this car brand new in 2017.
