Very rude and unprofessional

I'm sure the first thing "tiny" will respond to this review is "buyers remorse" of course. He will.. but here's my review anyhow. I purchase a 2012 van. Paid in full. Had it for only 45 days Still haven't received my tag or title. After a week or 2 of driving it .. notice funny sounds and whatnot. Took it in .. he said he can fix what the issue is . No charge to me cuz it's still under warranty. . He also said he would call me when it's time to bring it in to be fixed..I waited.. then on a Thursdays I notice the car was over heating. I instantly called him he said dont drive it.. tow it in so he can check it out. I couldn't get it towed. After leaveing my car on the side of road for 24 hours. I had no choice to drive into his shop. Which was on a Friday.. when I dropped it off he said he will have someone look at it on Monday.. Cool no sweat . Right?. Saturday. Sunday Ok so here comes Monday.. no call.. then Tuesday morning I get a call from Parker saying my car is ready.. I can pick it up. I get there and Bam!!!! She says ok its 487 dollars.. I asked her for what?. She's says for water pump and thermostat. O...k.. . How can 4 days pass and nonone calls to let me know what and why it was over heating and what the price would be . She said Tiny will call me when he gets there.. went home and waited... no call. So the next day I called him... yes I called him .. he answers lol and says did u get my text? First off what kind of mechanic sends a text. And No I never got a text.. I never got a phone call.. so now when I finally talk to him.. he says that he will take the parts off and sombody else can fix it. Then proceeds to hang the phone on me. So every time I call back .. he does not answer. He is still holding my car. My thing is this. Nothing in life is free. Duh we all know that. But if u knew that I needed a water pump and thermostat why wouldn't someone call me to let me know. It's not about the 487
. It's the respect that they never gave me. I really don't trust them at this point.. Parker or Tiny.. now he says he will work out a payment plan after having my father call. I guess if ur a woman . They will take advantage. And especially if u are black. Smh it's sad. I understand the world is going thru a hard time due to covid19. And alot of businesses aren't doing to good...right is right.. wrong is wrong. I WILL JUST PRAY FOR THIS SITUATION.
