Missing Lugnut Socket

I own a 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe H-Trac 2.5T that I purchased new from Mastrovito Hyundai. I have been to their service department several times as they are the only ones who have ever serviced it including several tire rotations. Today I went to have new tires put on at a tire specialist who needed the socket that came with my wheel locks. When we pulled the wheel lock package out to get it, it was missing from the package. I called the Mastrovito service department for help and was treated terribly. This is not the first time they have been rude. I asked very nicely about the missing socket and if they had one I could purchase or borrow. I was willing to travel 20 minutes there and back, but they refused to help me, even though they are the only ones who could have taken mine. Needless to say, I had to go another route. At this point, I will not purchase another vehicle from them nor will I use their service department in the future. Buyer beware when using this dealership.
