Lack of communication
I brought my vehicle to them back in the fall of 2023 for an undercarriage recall and they never followed through. My whole front end undercarriage is rotted out that my Elantra is no longer road worthy due to the severe undercarriage rot/rust. Now I am forced to get a new vehicle. But it’s given me the opportunity to look at other vehicles outside of Hyundai and I feel like I found a better vehicle than a Hyundai.

Great buying experience
We chose Mastrovito because they had more inventory of Santa Fe, likely same on all other models.
From our arrival thru departure it was a fun, very comfortable experience. Staff and owner were professional, positive, accommodating, most sensitive to our needs and budget. Highly recommend Mastrovito, worth the additional drive. You won't regret it.
BTW, Love everything about our new Santa Fe. We're former LR Discovery owners, just before our recent Town & Country. Was waiting for Hybrid mdl, but our SEL, with a great look, will get 23-29mpg, and cost 4000-6000 less than, yet to arrive, E versions. We're very happy with our decision. So quiet, smooth, well appointed. Our young boys, 11 & 13, approve as well. Suggestion: We used April 2024 Consumer Reports to help with our selection.

From the moment we walked onto the lot, We were greeted warmly and attentively. Aaron and Frank's knowledge of the Hyundai lineup and their genuine desire to find us the perfect vehicles truly shone through. Above and beyond service
We recently purchased a new vehicle old from Mastrovito Hyundai. Eliot went above and beyond to assist my husband in removing the car seat from our old vehicle and installing it into our new vehicle. It’s service like that, that puts Mastrovito Hyundai above the rest.

SERVICE /CUSTOMER CARE EXPERIENCE
From day one when I made a deal to purchased my vehicle my experience at Mastrovito Hyundai has been nothing short of stellar. I wanted to share the experience I had this week, My car needed to have a warranted repair. I brought the vehicle in and was given a loaner to use while my repair was being taken care of. What happened next DOES NOT HAPPEN at ANY other dealership I have ever done business with. By the middle of the first day I received a call from Ali in the customer care department. She updated on EVERYTHING being done to my car. Those calls continued for the next day and half. She called to let me know when the part was ordered and would be in...called again to let me the part arrived, called again to let me when they expected to car to be done. It was constant updates for almost two days two to three times a day. I have never had an experience like that in the 40 years I have been purchasing cars. From the salesmen (Tony Lucari) to the service department to the customer care department I have never felt so customer centric attention EVER. There is no other place I will ever purchase a vehicle again. There is no dealership that comes close to Mastrovito's. I am beyond grateful and so satisfied. Thank you for making my experience so easy and informed and so worry free. You folks are the BEST .

Fantastic purchase experience with Elmin Sijaric
I visited Mastrovito with a friend who previously purchased a vehicle with Elmin Sijaric. I honestly did not expect to purchase a car at that time as I had been shopping and did not really like a lot of the local inventory. Elmin was patient, answered my questions, explained options, and efficiently lead me to my wonderful new purchase including a service option. I purchased a 2022, ionic five from Mastrovito HYUNDAI about a year ago. Except for not having a rear wiper, it is a wonderful car. Hyundai is even offering an upgrade to the car to allow it to charge faster in cold weather conditions. The first release of firmware introduced a problem where the Economy drive mode became very sluggish. A TSB ( Technical Service Bulletin) then released to correct this issue.



I called service to request this upgrade be done, I mentioned, that there had been some drivability problems with the initial release of the software. I was assured that they were aware of it, and that there was a three-step process for installing the firmware correctly. I took the car in for service, on the drive home I noticed that battery conditioning had not been installed and that the performance of the car in economy mode had been severely degraded.



When I called to complain about the improper installation, they first claimed that the installation had been done, then, when I explain that the set up screen did not show the option for battery conditioning they recanted and said they would call me back to reschedule when they had a fix. Obviously, they had made no attempt to verify that the installation was done correctly.



Much discussion with customer satisfaction representative. A few days later she called and said they had a solution and could I bring the car in. Before I left the dealership, I checked to see if things worked properly. The battery preconditioning worked but the Econo mode was as not fixed.



More spirited discussion with Service Manager and Customer Satisfaction representative. Both seem to ignore the HYUNDAI TSB that addresses this very condition. Waiting for call from customer satisfaction representative.

New Out of State Buyer for a 2023 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy AWD
I live in Huntsville, AL. and Mastrovito Hyundai was the only nationwide dealership that had the model, trim and price that I was looking for. The staff and sales person were excellent, and provided me with the assurance that buying a car sight un-seen from an out of state dealer was the right and prudent thing to do for my wife and I.
I would highly recommend getting in touch with them, and you will get the best price and service. Even with delivery fee set up by them to Alabama, they beat every other dealer that I had contacted. If you don't at least give them a chance to earn your business, you are probably leaving money on the table.
