They know what my car needs!

In addition to getting the email reminders that my one of my families cars is due for an oil change and easily being able to look up the record of any of them on their website, it was great to know they are looking out for my interests. When I took my car in for an oil change yesterday, as soon as they pulled it up, they let me know it was due for a tire rotation as well by the history they pulled up. This wasn't an upsell as I always get my tire warranty with them. Under my tire warranty it is an included service that actually cost them to perform, not me. Great service from these friendly and trustworthy guys as always!
