Service above and beyond!
Again, and as always, owner, (Bill) and his mechanics took total care of me and my vehicle...up-front price quoting, expeditious work, professional, caring, and respectful attentiveness. Mechanic Jeremy, as in the past, went above and beyond: Not only did he complete all my requested maintenance, but he creatively repaired and secured a loose quarter-panel on my vehicle. His efforts to 'make the customer happy,' and to approach his work with interest, diligence, and enthusiasm are refreshing. I do not know how Bill does it, but over the years he consistently hires mechanics and front-desk personnel who make me feel like their most important customer each time I visit the shop.

Always Honest and Able
They looked quite busy when I drove in (early afternoon). I asked if they could do an oil change and tire rotation yet that day and they said yes. I left the car and got picked up by my son. Job was done within three hours and I picked the car up before closing. I know they will never make a promise they cannot keep, and I can trust what they say.

Best In The Area
Mack Alger Firestone is always professional, thorough and reasonably priced. I've never had to wait more than a day or two even on larger repairs. This is the only place we trust with our vehicles and for good reason. Pay for quality work, get quality results.

I am a repeat customer. On at least three occasion I have been told I really didn't need the service I asked for (new brakes, etc.) So when they say I do need something, I believe them.
