Best In The Area
Mack Alger Firestone is always professional, thorough and reasonably priced. I've never had to wait more than a day or two even on larger repairs. This is the only place we trust with our vehicles and for good reason. Pay for quality work, get quality results.

Trustworthy
I am a repeat customer. On at least three occasion I have been told I really didn't need the service I asked for (new brakes, etc.) So when they say I do need something, I believe them.

Vehicle misfiring
Steve has been helping my family for years and they always treat me like family. My daughter was in for Thanksgiving when her car broke down. The Firestone team went above and beyond to get her vehicle back, correctly fixed, in time for her to drive back to Grand Rapids. Steve and Bill went the extra mile to insure my daughter was safe to drive cross state in the winter.

Steve and Bill fix our cars as if they were theirs. They are both very knowledgeable. They do not fix your car so it works for a while and they you'll need more service. They fix it well!!!!!
Steve & Bill have never disappointed us. Always excellent service and repair. Dr Joe and I have recommended Firestone on Mack to many & all have been very satisfied.
