My Chevy Equinox consistently displayed a warning message which stated that the Tire Pressure Monitoring System was not operating properly. So I continually filled and checked the tires daily. My readings met all tire pressure requirements. So I called Bill at Firestone and presented this story to him. The problem was that it was later in the day, and I needed the car to go see my daughter and my new granddaughter (5 days old) in Chicago the next day. Somehow Bill & Crew took on this challenge and completed the task before closing. AWESOME! It had to be the Christmas Spirit guiding these gentlemen. Oh, and BTW my granddaughter was healthy and beautiful - A Christmas Angel.
