Service department is in bad shape
My car has been there for a month and they still haven't taken the time to diagnose the problem. The service department has never, not once, returned any of my calls. I have to just keep calling and hope someone will accidentally answer. Then it's always some BS about how they are going to look at it this evening and submit the paperwork to Hyundai for repairs, then they got too busy but they're looking at it right now, then I'm in line behind every oil change and routine maintenance job that comes through. It's extremely frustrating to be without my car for a month and feel that I'm probably getting a runaround.
