Great quality, superior customer service!
If you need auto glass repair, go here! Don’t go anywhere else! My son that’s away at college, dropped by the Pensacola location to let them look at his windshield damage and boom…he drove away 30 minutes later with a new windshield! Pamela, in the office, took care of all our insurance claim and was the kindest, most professional person to my son. It was so nice to deal with a person in-house instead of going thru nine phone transfers with a “national” company and still not able to talk to the local store representative…ugh. Lloyds was so awesome, he went ahead and got new windshield wipers too and my son was so excited with the free steaks they gave him too! Wish I could give them 10 stars!!!
