Headlight Refurbishing OLD vs NEW
Headlight Refinishing: Of all repairs one's vehicle might need, updating a vehicle with old, hazed-over headlights is one that brings instant gratification and adds tremendous value to the vehicle. Having been in the automotive service industry for 50 years (sold all now retired), I'm well qualified to make that statement. The folks at Lloyd's Glass, specifically, Bruce, Master Technician & Rochelle, Queen of Lloyd's friendly front office, were both so personable and communicative that I wanted everyone to know. I walked in to determine a best time for my headlight upgrade and Rochelle (after reviewing her schedule and mine) suggested "right now" and that's all I needed to hear. I waited and enjoyed coffee and a walk-around in their new facility and in short order, Bruce came to get my approval of his work. My car's a 2013 Jaguar with 119K miles and looks almost as new. I have such respect for this company as they replaced my windshield a while back and did an outstanding job. Hat's off to Barry Lintner, owner, for building a Team of such high Integrity.

Excellent Service
All of the staff are very fun, kind and professional. Pamela did a wonderful job helping me through the process. Jake did an amazing job on my Jeep. I went to Lloyd's Glass for a clogged sunroof drain and left with a new windshield and my sunroof adjusted. Wonderful work.

Great quality, superior customer service!
If you need auto glass repair, go here! Don’t go anywhere else! My son that’s away at college, dropped by the Pensacola location to let them look at his windshield damage and boom…he drove away 30 minutes later with a new windshield! Pamela, in the office, took care of all our insurance claim and was the kindest, most professional person to my son. It was so nice to deal with a person in-house instead of going thru nine phone transfers with a “national” company and still not able to talk to the local store representative…ugh. Lloyds was so awesome, he went ahead and got new windshield wipers too and my son was so excited with the free steaks they gave him too! Wish I could give them 10 stars!!!

Excellent service
Called Lloyd’s for a windshield replacement and was given an appointment the same day. Rochelle was super working with us. She was courteous and oh so sweet. Allen was the tech who worked on the windshield and Ollie did the calibration. Customer service by them all was the best and are highly appreciated by us. You want a great experience go to Lloyd’s Glass, I highly recommend them.

Awesome!!
From the opening of the front door to driving off the lot, service was exemplary. Patrick walked me through every step of the claim with my insurance company and had it approved before I got home. One day later I am back, stellar work completed by Allen and Ollie.It was so refreshing to find a business that still understands the importance of customer service. Front desk ladies, lots of fun and happiness with customers and each other. It was an amazing experience.

Great Service
Thank you to Lorie Moore for walking me through the process of getting a new windshield at the Pensacola store. She told me it could be 2 - 2 1/2 hours. Thanks to the tech, Michael it was just over one hour. So, I was happy about that. New windshield looks great. Thanks for such a great job.

Outstanding Again!
I remembered Lloyd's Glass from years ago when the fixed an old Honda Civic windshield for me. It says a lot to remember a company years later for their GREAT work and service. They consistently did it again. From the first call back to the final product, they made everything stress free and easy and pleasant. They were prompt and professional through the whole process. Taylor even did a little detailing for me when he did my windshield replacement. That just proves how they go above and beyond for their customers.
That's what makes Lloyd's Glass my first choice each and every time!

Excellent customer service & care
Lori & Bruce were excellent today. I stepped in the door & were received by Lori beautiful smile and willingness to assist: she went beyond assisting my mother and myself; we were treated excellent. Then Bruce as our certified technician: he did such an awesome job with replacing everything my mom requested alone with washing & vacuuming her car.
Both these awesome employees need a raise!!!

Great job Techs Jake and Mike motorhome windshield install in Pensacola. Halley and Rachelle wonderful keeping us advised of progress, and dealing with our insurance company. Pleasure to work with this Highly professional team. All gave us great confidence in the work performed there.

Rear-view Mirror Installation
I stopped by Lloyd’s Glass to have a rear-view mirror installed. Pamela, Mike, and Taylor provided excellent service. Also, they assisted and gave me advice on matters not related to the services provided by Lloyd’s Glass. Thanks

Windshield replacement
Had windshield replaced in 2021 Tacoma- Originally setup for Safelite- thru Geico. The appointment was cancelled at the last minute by Safelite. Called Lloyds- Jennifer got Geico on the line in conference mode, after 20 minutes, she had everything all set. Brought the truck in, got it done in four hours- went perfect. David was my tech- Top notch service and support.

You will be MOOVED
Mike and Taylor replaced a cracked windshield on our 2020 Sentra SV… come to find out if you’re a millie hair off-center when replacing a windshield with the technology available you have to re-calibrate the equipment. This, my friend is a technical skill :-) the master technicians applied the correct amount of torque to get our car in and out with everything up to standards… Thank you Lloyds :-)
