Fine while purchasing but no help for issues after
The purchase went smoothly and my salesman was great, however I purchased the vehicle on New Year’s Eve and they did not send the paperwork in until the end of January so I was charged 2023 taxes on my trade-in instead of my Hyundai. I attempted to get them to reimburse me for the taxes I paid on the car that they owned on January 1 and was given the run around. I left voicemails that were not answered, was told I’d receive a call back and did not receive one, and was told to just go to the state for a refund. So basically they are more than helpful when buying, but don’t look to them for any help if you have issues. Their impeccable customer service only lasts until you’ve signed on the line. I won’t purchase from them again knowing they are not there for their customers.
