Coolant leak, oil change, check car out for upcoming long trip
Checked the car out good, did not try to sell me any services I may not need, offered good advice for sometime coolant leak. Very nice, and helpful with my questions.

Mangled Running Board Bracket
A bracket securing an aftermarket running board on my Town & Country was damaged in the car wash. Steve took a look at it, suggested he try to realign the bracket and put new bolts in to secure it. He went ahead with the repair, and in less than 30 minutes, problem solved. When it came time to settle the bill, Steve just said "No charge", and that was that. This isn't the first time Anderson has waived charges for work on my vehicles, but that isn't why I think so highly of the operation. It's because you can trust them to do only what's necessary, at a fair price, and with high quality.

Oil change
I just went in for an oil change and it was fast and pleasant. Kirk was even able to clear my tire pressure light that has been annoying me. I cannot recommend this business enough, great and knowledgeable staff.

Brake job
After my dealership told me I need new back brake drums etc for $ 785.00 I went to Anderson Automotive. They checked on the back brakes and said I had 50 percent of wear left. Then checked the front brakes just in case, 40 percent wear left. My bill was $ 30.00. Sprayed off some brake dust put tires back on. All , they said they could do the job for $ 400.00 plus dollars. Now that’s Honesty .

Car would not start and would not release key
They trouble shot my car and told me it was a computer problem and it was a dealer issue. They didn’t charge anything because they couldn’t fix it. They were very helpful and pleasant to deal with.
