Don't buy a car from them they are rip-offs
Don't even think of buying a car here they do not honor their warranties they sold me a car with defects the steering wheel fell apart after 2 months of owning it at $13,000 miles I took it to their body shop it has $4,000 worth of defects and they won't honor it they lie they never call you back if you want to get ripped off this is the place to go to

Don't buy a car from them they are rip-offs
Do not buy a car from this dealership they will rip you off I bought a Hyundai 2024 Santa Cruz and it came with multiple defects they told me when I bought it they would fix it and I've had to fight them tooth and nail for the nine months already and they don't want to honor their warranties I've complained every department and I'm in the middle of having to sue them to get my car fixed they lie out their teeth they tell you lies like they have to have a service engineer come down and look at your car he never comes they never give you a report and they never inspect your car all the 24 Santa Cruz's come with defects as a matter of fact I had mine two months and the steering will fell apart and I had to take it back to them as I almost got into an accident their sales managers will say anything to sell you a car they lie through their teeth and their service manager Jeff I wouldn't believe anything that came out of his mouth even if his tongue was notarized they are very deceptive and will find any excuse not to warranty your car and outright lie to you and put you off for months promising to do warranties and they will not do it their cars come with defects stay away do not buy them

Fine while purchasing but no help for issues after
The purchase went smoothly and my salesman was great, however I purchased the vehicle on New Year’s Eve and they did not send the paperwork in until the end of January so I was charged 2023 taxes on my trade-in instead of my Hyundai. I attempted to get them to reimburse me for the taxes I paid on the car that they owned on January 1 and was given the run around. I left voicemails that were not answered, was told I’d receive a call back and did not receive one, and was told to just go to the state for a refund. So basically they are more than helpful when buying, but don’t look to them for any help if you have issues. Their impeccable customer service only lasts until you’ve signed on the line. I won’t purchase from them again knowing they are not there for their customers.

Kerry Hyundai of Alexandria has a pathetic service department. If a customer tries to call,06/10/2022 no one ever answers. The apology is "only 2 people work the service desk".Hyundai is a good car with substandard accessories.If a person wished to buy a Hyundai, I would suggest buying from Wyler Hyundai

New engine warranty
I got my 2015 Sonata back on April 29, 2022 after having a new engine put in it. On September 7, 2022. The engine light came on and the car lost power. I pulled over and talked to dealer and was advised to have it towed in. The service dept said it was a knock sensor. They told me they put a new one in and needed to drive it. They came back and said it tripped again. They didn't have a loaner (I bought 2 new Sonatas from Kerry. 3 weeks went by, said they didn't know what was wrong with it even after they called manufacturer. Yesterday I was told that they did not put a new knock sensor in it and that they put a lot of miles on the car and it didn't trip. Apparently their computer is not reading the problem so they won't fix it probably because the manufacturer will not reimburse the dealership. So they are going to send a single 59 YEAR OLD LADY out on the expressway with something wrong with her car. The knock sensor tripped and they haven't put a new one in it. How much can that be???? This is WRONG! The next question is date of service LOL (one space for a date) Sept 7, 2022 -Sept. 30, 2022. And nothing has been done except they have put a lot of miles on the car.

Apparently my time isn't a priority...
I get thar if you're busy then you will have to wait a few weeks for an appointment. What is UNACCEPTABLE is that i had to use what little time off i get to secure an appointment and then after waiting 5 weeks of waiting I'm told that you have to order the part.... then i was told "we'll have the part in 3-5 days". 6 business days later nothing. I try calling and noone answers the phone but that is typicall. why wasn't the part ordered 5 weeks ago when i described the issue and said, it needs replaced. Before all of this i had tried ordering the part to do the work myself but was told i would have to order the whole steering assembly and quoted some outrageous amount. My vehicle is under warranty so i opted to not pay that and therefore i ended up with the situation above. Every time i come here it's just a complete waste of time and money.
