Took my car in for a courtesy oil change as my previous experience with Interstate was less than pleasent. The technician noted that the two drivers side tires had sidewall bulges from a pot hole. He proceeded to circle the bulges with a yellow paint marker. This is where things went south. The paint wasn't dry when the vehicle was moved and I now have yellow paint speckles on the side of my green Jaguar. Nice play.

Contacted customer to applogise for incident. Offered to correct by removing reported speckles. Customer advised that he removed them himself. Appreciated the follow-up.
