Suburban was very good at timing and completing the vehicle. Unfortunately my costs were double the estimate due to other issues behind the bumper and I would have appreciated a fore-warning prior to starting the work. I would still highly recommend them for repairs.
Prompt and courteous service from start to finish. Worked well with insurance company. Parts were received and repairs were completed quickly and completely. Overall, a very pleasant experience.
Suburban Collision of Troy actually did very good work on my 2023 Subaru Legacy which had front end damage. The lower rating is really for Subaru of America and not being able to provide one part that delayed the completion of the repair considerably.
From the front desk ladies to the estimator to the body shop experts--they all deserve a high five!! Even the customers waiting in line were helpful. You don't see that level of service or caring too often in businesses anymore. Whoever is responsible for creating such a productive atmosphere, I give you an A+++.
Excellent work, but work took over twice as long as the original estimate
They did an excellent job working with the insurance company. They found additional work needed after beginning work on car, and got that approved. However, I was not notified of that until i called to check on the status. Very little proactive communication, until the final steps. What was estimated to take 10 days to 2 weeks, took a month. Work itself was very goog
