I brought two vehicles here for repairs at the same time. It was my first time going here, and I chose this place based on proximity to my home and online reviews. Being a car guy myself, it was important to understand the work being done. Rod at Universal did a fantastic job in all aspects of the repairs. I was given fair and accurate estimates, realistic timelines of when the work might be completed, and the communication was excellent.

Out of curiosity, I called a couple other local repair shops after my work was completed to compare pricing, and they were all in the same ballpark. Worth noting is that Universal did not replace parts on my vehicle that did not need replacing, resulting in a final bill that was a little less than the original estimate. To me, that is definitely fair and honest.

This repair shop is honest and reliable, with comparable prices. I will not hesitate to bring my vehicles back for future service and also refer friends and family to this business.

2010 vehicle. Steering
fluid leaking badly. Because of where the hose
was situated , a diagnostic
test was performed and
the owner tackled the
job. Now the car steers
Great and no leaking.
This car is 14 years old
and Universal Auto has
done all repair work on
my jeep and it runs great
for it's age. I highly
recommend Universal
Auto for car repair.

Rod and the other mechanic that took care of our vehicles were very knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant to interact with. Prices are very reasonable. I feel this shop and their mechanics are very trustworthy, and will be going back as needed.
